« It works REALLY well! »

You have to use it correctly: 1) at the end of a hot shower or 2) after steaming the face for a few minutes. The mist is unnecessary. The trick is to drag it very very slowly over the face--you can feel the suction. I suspect people who think it doesn't work are just dragging it over the skin. I've had recurrent blackheads on my nose my entire life--I'm 44--and finally my blackheads are completely gone. After using it three times, my pores were visibly more refined. After a week, my skin looks like glass. You can see the gunk it's sucking up in the vacuum attachment. I find the larger attachment side works better for me--more suction--but the small side works too for creases of the nose. I am so impressed I bought another one for my sister.

« Not what I expected »

I came across this and it sounded like it would be perfect for getting some annoying blackheads out and making my pores look smaller. Maybe I had too high of expectations, but this product sucked. I have pretty nice skin from the start but this didn't seem to do anything but squirt water on my face. This has already made its way into the Goodwill donation pile. I'm glad I didn't spend more on it, but hey, at the very least, the suction does feel kind of cool and more relaxing than anything. It might work for you, but don't spend much money on it.

Ok guys, this is actually a good product if you don't follow the instructions included. The proof that this product is working is the rather gross white discharge that accumulates on the nozzle during use. In any case this is how this product should be used. Take a long and steamy shower...emphasis on long and steamy so as to open up those pores. At the end of the shower and while you are still in the shower use the product on your nose trying to maintain the suction as you drag it across the nose from one nostril to another. Repeating this motion and applying a modest amount of pressure will allow for even better results. If you do this correctly the aformentioned discharge will accumulate and your nose will begin to feel smooth. For best results do this once a week. The only side effect is the moderate amount of bruising that can occur from pressing too hard. Trust me this will dissapear in days and can be minimized by adjusting the amount of pressure that you use. I bought two of these about 6 years ago...don't ask me why. I must admit one has better suction then the other and I will likely buy another soon because I am always concerned that it might stop being produced because many people are not seeing the results that I am.

« Absolute junk! The old model (EH2501) works better »

One hopes that later models improve on the prior models. Not here. The old model was bigger and more powerful. This "new and improved" was advertised to be better than the old model. That is an out and out lie. It has about half of the suction power of the model it replaces, and just does not function.
